Payment. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

Liability. You must observe the instructions for use, cautionary notices and other technical notices and information we supply you with the goods. 

Delivery. Our standard shipping charge is £3.95. In the majority of cases, parts are despatched by Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery. 

Parts that are in stock will be shipped the same working day (if order received before 15:00)

Customers are requested to check suitability of products before placing an order.

Your rights are protected by and subject to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Should you wish to cancel your contract and return your order, you may give written notice (to the address above) within seven days of taking delivery of the goods, whereupon you must either return the Goods to us or make them available for us to collect at your expense.

You must take reasonable care of the Goods and will be responsible for any loss or damage from when they are delivered to you until when they are returned to us.
